Project Details 

The goal set out before us was to showcase Irvine Company’s aspirational lifestyle at one of their properties nestled near the coast in Carlsbad, CA. The aim was two-fold, create appealing lifestyle footage combined with informative real-estate shots to highlight the luxury apartment community of Seascape.

Our Approach

Emphasizing the health & wellness demographic so popular with the residents of Seascape, we began our day with several fitness-related scenes. We then moved to interiors once we hit high noon, avoiding the worst light of the day while filming valuable portions of this video. We ended our shoot with a massive pool sequence, which included 9 talent & a crane for that wide, establishing shot.

A second day was utilized to film plates without talent, including the model unit & aerial drone shots.
